Go High Level Trainer & Support

We are looking to bring on a team member to provide support for our Go High Level software and assist our members with software-related needs. This role is not for a personal assistant. We need someone who can help troubleshoot issues, keep systems running properly, and support members when problems come up. A strong candidate must speak English clearly, because part of this role includes leading live training sessions for our members every Wednesday. You will also help create capture pages for members, such as (link removed) , along with other software-related tasks. Some additional assignments will come with bonus pay. This position requires someone who is proactive, not reactive. We need a person who pays attention, notices when something is off, and takes initiative instead of waiting to be told every step. You should be the kind of person who looks ahead, solves problems, and helps keep things organized and moving. Your responsibilities will include supporting members during office hours on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If there are no active support requests during that time, you will work on other assigned projects. On non-office-hour days, you will help make sure software accounts are set up correctly, A2P registrations are submitted for approval, and member accounts are active and properly billed. You must also be available for weekly team meetings every Monday and Thursday at 8:30 AM. This role will begin at a lower hourly rate, with the goal of increasing over time based on performance, consistency, and value to the team. Bonuses are also available for certain tasks and projects.
