Seeking a retired principal, assistant principal, or veteran department coordinator to mentor a new educational operator. The role focuses on guiding district structures, leadership communication, and operational boundaries. You will help the operator understand how to navigate school systems, support effective decision-making, and build confidence in leading educational operations. This is a part-time, long-term engagement for someone who can provide practical guidance and share real-world experience in K-12 leadership. I also want to inform you that I am Pacific Time Zone and I want to work with a person that is flexible and patient.
