Media Buyer — High-Risk E-Commerce (Meta Ads) We're hiring an experienced Media Buyer who specializes in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for high-risk e-commerce brands. This role is not for beginners, or for anyone whose experience is limited to dropshipping or low-risk products. If you understand policy workarounds, account warming, creative angles for restricted industries, sourcing Meta assets, and how to scale while keeping accounts alive — keep reading. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns for high-risk e-commerce products (peptides) Daily monitoring of performance — spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM Managing budgets and scaling winners responsibly Sourcing, testing, and iterating UGC and ad creatives Working with creators or sourcing creatives independently Launching, testing, killing, and scaling campaigns Sourcing, rotating, and managing Meta assets — Facebook profiles, pages, Verified Business Managers, business portfolios, and ad accounts Maintaining policy compliance and risk mitigation Taking initiative to solve problems independently and think outside the box when accounts, creatives, or campaigns hit roadblocks Reporting performance clearly and consistently Staying ahead of Meta updates, restrictions, and best practices Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience running Meta ads for high-risk or restricted niches — e.g. peptides, health & biohacking, or grey-area e-commerce brands Proven ability to source Meta assets — aged Facebook profiles, pages, Verified Business Managers, business portfolios, and agency/ad accounts Ability to: launch ads without getting instantly banned, work across multiple ad accounts and Business Managers, warm accounts properly, and pivot creatives and copy on demand A self-starter mindset — takes initiative, solves problems independently, and thinks outside the box rather than waiting to be told what to do Strong command of: KPIs and performance metrics, scaling strategies, and creative testing frameworks Nice to Have (Big Plus) Experience sourcing UGC creators Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce funnels Experience managing $5K–$50K+ in monthly ad spend Understanding of backup account systems and contingency planning
