Experienced Appointment Setter – Fitness Coaching About the Role I’m looking for an experienced appointment setter to join my online fitness coaching business and help convert qualified leads into booked sales calls. You’ll be working with leads interested in improving their physique, strength, and overall fitness. Your main responsibility will be to start conversations, qualify prospects, build rapport, handle basic objections, and book qualified calls directly into our calendar. This is NOT an entry-level position. I’m specifically looking for someone who already has proven appointment-setting experience. What You’ll Do Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally Start and maintain conversations with prospects Qualify leads based on their goals, situation, and readiness Build genuine rapport rather than using spammy scripts Handle common objections and questions Follow up consistently with leads who don’t book immediately Book qualified prospects onto sales calls Keep accurate records of conversations and appointments Communicate with the team about lead quality and performance What I’m Looking For Proven experience as an appointment setter Strong written English Excellent communication and conversational skills Ability to build rapport naturally Comfortable handling objections Strong follow-up and organization Reliable and consistent Comfortable working with performance-based targets Previous experience in fitness, coaching, or a similar industry is a plus Compensation Hourly rate + commission. Exact compensation will be discussed based on your experience and previous results. There is also potential for increased compensation as performance improves.
