THE OPPORTUNITY We're building a sales team to close AI-driven content visibility services to mid-market and enterprise B2B companies. This is a HOURLY RATE + COMMISSION based role for experienced SaaS/software/agency services closers who want unlimited earning potential without salary caps. If you've closed $50K+ in annual contracts, you already know: the best money is in commission-only roles with real deal sizes. THE DEAL Commission Structure: 20% of Annual Contract Value (ACV) for each new customer closed WHAT YOU'RE SELLING AI-powered content visibility servcies - positioning mid-market/enterprise brands in front of AI-powered discovery surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Amazon's shopping AI). Target customers (you'll specialize in 2–3 verticals): B2B SaaS: $1M–$5M ARR, struggling with organic discovery, high CAC Enterprise eCommerce: $10M–$100M revenue, 50+ SKUs, wants AI-driven visibility Agencies & system integrators: 20–100 employees, can white-label and resell Manufacturers: $5M–$50M revenue, B2B buyers research on AI Hotels & hospitality chains: 5–50 locations, need AI visibility Real estate groups: Brokers with 20+ agents, $100M+ in volume SUCCESS PROFILE You're a fit if: ✅ You've closed $50K+ in contracts (minimum 5+ enterprise deals) ✅ You sell high-ticket B2B (average deal size $20k+) ✅ You're comfortable with discovery → demo → close cycles (4–8 weeks typical) ✅ You've sold SaaS, software, agency services, consulting, or AI services before ✅ You're a hunter (cold outreach + relationship building, not just inbound) ✅ You want unlimited upside (no salary cap, pure commission) ✅ You're coachable (willing to follow scripts, iterate on messaging) ✅ You live in US/CA/UL/EU (EST–PST preferred for timezone sync) Red flags: ❌ You've never closed deals above $10k ❌ You want to "figure it out yourself" (we have proven playbooks; follow them first)
