High-Ticket Inbound Sales Representative (Remote / Warm Leads Only)

You will be speaking with prospects who have already raised their hand, watched our marketing material, and scheduled a call to speak with us. Your job is to consult, build value, overcome final objections, and enroll them into our elite training programs. With commissions ranging from $300 to $450 per sale and a constant stream of fresh inbound leads, hitting $5,000 to $10,000+ a month is entirely up to your work ethic and skill. There is no cap on your earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing Closing Inbound Leads: Take 6–10 pre-scheduled strategy calls per day with highly interested prospects. Consultative Selling: Understand the prospect’s financial and career goals, and demonstrate how our training program will get them there. Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM, follow up diligently with prospects who didn't close on the first call, and manage your pipeline efficiently. Continuous Improvement: Participate in team sales training and script refinement to keep your conversion rates high. Who You Are A Proven Closer: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket phone sales (inbound or closing experience preferred). An Elite Communicator: You know how to build rapport quickly, control a conversation, and dig deep into a prospect's "why." Resilient & Coachable: You don't take "no" personally, you handle objections with ease, and you actively implement feedback.
