Every lead completes a detailed application outlining their parenting challenges, goals, family situation, household income, level of commitment, and whether they are ready to start immediately. These are not cold prospects. These are parents who have already consumed Lauren's content, connected with her message, completed an application, and are actively looking for solutions. You will walk into every conversation with meaningful information that allows you to understand where the prospect is, where they want to go, and what obstacles are standing in the way. Your role is to build trust, uncover the emotional drivers, identify the true problem, create clarity, handle objections, and confidently guide qualified families into the program that best serves them. Responsibilities ✔ Conduct high-converting enrollment calls with qualified prospects ✔ Sell and enroll families into Lauren's premium programs and memberships ($3,000+ offers) ✔ Follow up consistently through phone, text, email, social media, and CRM systems ✔ Track every lead, conversation, opportunity, and follow-up touchpoint ✔ Build strong relationships with prospective members ✔ Review applications before calls to understand prospect challenges and goals ✔ Uncover emotional drivers and decision-making factors ✔ Help prospects gain clarity around the transformation they want ✔ Handle objections confidently and professionally ✔ Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting ✔ Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance and conversion rates ✔ Consistently hit and exceed enrollment goals Required Experience- Must Have * Minimum 3 years of high-ticket sales experience * Proven track record selling offers between $2,000–$10,000+ * Strong closing and objection-handling skills * Experience with coaching, consulting, education, mastermind, or personal development offers * CRM experience and strong pipeline management * Exceptional communication skills * High level of personal accountability * Ability to work independently and remotely * Strong follow-up systems and discipline * Comfortable conducting Zoom and phone sales calls Preferred * Skool community experience * GoHighLevel experience * Airtable experience * Webinar sales experience * Membership sales experience * Parenting, education, or personal development industry experience * Familiarity with direct-response marketing * Experience studying and implementing frameworks from Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, and other top direct-response marketers and sales leaders The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands that people do not buy information.
