High-Ticket Sales Closer

We are a specialist global mobility advisory firm helping professionals, founders, and high-achievers navigate talent-based immigration pathways to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer who can take qualified prospects - people who have already expressed interest - and confidently guide them to a decision. You will be speaking with professionals who are ready to invest in their future. Your job is to listen, uncover what matters to them, present the right solution, and close. This is a high-trust, consultative role where the quality of your conversation directly determines your earnings. Compensation - 5% commission on every successful close - $250 per closed client (programme value: $5,000) - Unlimited earning potential based on performance - Qualified leads provided - you are not responsible for generating your own pipeline What You'll Do - Conduct consultation and closing calls with qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in our advisory programmes - Build genuine trust, uncover each client's specific goals, and present our services with clarity and confidence - Handle objections with empathy and guide prospects toward making informed, confident decisions - Follow up with prospects diligently and maintain accurate, detailed CRM records after every interaction - Work closely with our admissions and fulfilment team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximise conversion What We're Looking For - Proven experience closing high-ticket offers of $3,000 or more - in advisory, consulting, education, or professional services - Strong consultative selling skills - you listen first, position second, and close with integrity - Excellent communication skills - clear, warm, and professional across spoken and written channels - A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Self-driven, professional, and genuinely motivated by helping clients make decisions that change their lives - Comfortable with CRM tools, video calls, and fully remote working environments To Apply Submit a 2–3 minute video where you cover the following: 1.
