About Us We run a high-ticket career coaching company in the healthcare space. And are looking for a high-ticket sales coach with deep, working knowledge of consultative, problem-aware selling. Someone who has coached real closers on real calls and produced documented close rate improvement. Not theory. Not frameworks on slides. Actual results. What We Need An experienced high-ticket sales coach or consultant who can audit and improve our entire sales operation end to end. From the moment a prospect books to the moment they buy — or don't. Someone who has done this before, has the receipts, and doesn't need to be managed. Scope of Work: - Booking experience — what information is collected, how the prospect is framed before the first call - Pre-call drip sequences — show rate optimization, warm-up messaging, prospect priming - Sales scripts — both calls reviewed, critiqued, and rewritten where needed - Offer review — structure, positioning, pricing presentation, and payment options - Objection handling — identify patterns in lost deals and build a repeatable response playbook - Follow-up process — what happens after an offer is sent, cadence, messaging, and tone - Call recording review — specific feedback per rep on what's working and what's killing deals - Live coaching and role-play with our closers You're a Fit If You: - Have worked with high-ticket coaching or consulting companies ($3K–$15K+ offers) - Think in full funnels — not just what happens on the call but everything around it - Can diagnose why deals are being lost from a recording or transcript - Have improved close rates for teams you've worked with and can speak to specific results - Give direct, no-fluff feedback and know how to coach reps who are already experienced You're Not a Fit If You: - Only work with low-ticket or e-commerce sales teams - Lead with generic sales training that isn't specific to consultative, high-ticket environments - Can't point to documented results To Apply - Share a specific example of a sales process you've audited — what was broken, what you fixed, and what the numbers looked like before and after. - Describe your experience with high-ticket offers ($3K+) and the types of companies or teams you've worked with.
