Vertex Media is looking for an exceptionally empathetic, warm, and highly organized Client Communications Manager (CCM) to serve as the dedicated, single point of contact for our premium real estate and HVAC clients. In this role, your entire mission is to foster a nurturing, supportive environment for our clients. You will lead onboarding video calls, host weekly check-ins, and make sure every client feels deeply valued and taken care of. You do not run ads—our technical team handles fulfillment behind the scenes. You run the relationship, ensuring flawless communication and high client retention. 📋 Core ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Check-ins: Lead new client welcome calls and run weekly video updates with a supportive, reassuring presence. The Bridge: Act as the primary face of the company, capturing client needs with extreme care and relaying them perfectly to our media buyers. Retention Ownership: Proactively check in on clients, spot early signs of frustration, and build deep organizational trust. 👤 What We Are Looking ForHigh-Empathy Communicator: Impeccable, fluent spoken and written English with a naturally warm, professional, and welcoming video presence. Relationship-Driven: A strong background in customer success, account management, or high-end hospitality where client care is the top priority. Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, capturing client feedback accurately so nothing slips through the cracks. Location & Availability: Must be located in and available during business hours for the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, or Australia. 💰 Compensation StructureWe heavily reward client retention with a performance-first structure built for growth: Phase 1: Commission-only for the first 2–3 clients, earning 10% of the monthly retainer per client you manage. (e.g., managing 3 clients at a $6,000 retainer brings in $1,800/month) . Phase 2: After a proven period of solid communication and client retention, you transition to a fixed monthly base salary PLUS ongoing commission. 🛑 Please do not apply if you require a flat base salary from Day 1, or if you are uncomfortable being on camera. Phase 1 is strictly commission-based as you prove your relationship-building capabilities.
