High Volume Life Insurance Recruiting Director / Recruiting Systems Operator

We are seeking an experienced recruiting professional, recruiting team, or recruiting agency with a proven track record of recruiting US life insurance agents at scale. If you have never recruited life insurance agents, please do not apply. We are not interested in testing theories, training someone on our industry, or running trial-and-error recruiting campaigns. We are looking for someone who has already built and managed high-volume recruiting operations for life insurance organizations and can demonstrate results. Our goal is to build a nationwide recruiting operation capable of consistently generating 100+ qualified interviews per week for a 100% remote, 100% commission-based life insurance opportunity. What We're Looking For Someone who understands how to build and manage a complete recruiting pipeline, including: • Multi-channel sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, RecruitMilitary, and other recruiting platforms • High-volume applicant generation • Candidate screening and qualification • Automated SMS, email, voicemail, and follow-up sequences • CRM and ATS management • Interview scheduling and candidate nurturing • Pipeline reporting and performance tracking • Improving show rates and conversion rates throughout the hiring process Requirements • Prior experience recruiting life insurance agents • Experience generating high interview volume for commission-based opportunities • Experience managing recruiting funnels, ATS systems, CRMs, and candidate follow-up processes • Ability to build and manage recruiting infrastructure from the ground up • Strong understanding of sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting analytics • Ability to provide and manage your own recruiting tools, systems, and sourcing resources When Applying, Please Include • The life insurance organizations you have recruited for • Average interviews scheduled per week • Average hires generated per month • Recruiting platforms and systems you currently use • Specific examples of recruiting campaigns you have managed • The largest recruiting operation you have personally built or managed • What weekly interview volume you would realistically commit to delivering Important Our goal is simple: qualified candidates showing up for interviews.
