High-Volume QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping Project (October 2023 – July 2026) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeping professional to complete a high-volume cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping project covering financial records from October 2023 through July 2026. The project involves reviewing, organizing, categorizing, correcting, and reconciling approximately 4,500–5,000 transactions accumulated over nearly three years of business activity. Scope of Work: • Review, categorize, and organize approximately 4,500–5,000 transactions • Complete cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping for records from October 2023 through July 2026 • Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts and verify balances against financial statements • Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting • Review and validate Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports • Organize and maintain accurate QuickBooks Online financial records The ideal professional should have strong QuickBooks Online expertise, excellent attention to detail, experience handling high-volume bookkeeping projects, and the ability to deliver accurate and reliable financial records.
