GO HIGH LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST IMPLEMENT AN EXISTING CRM BLUEPRINT Fixed Price Project - (May lead to ongoing work) I am looking for an experienced Go High Level specialist to implement a CRM system that has already been fully designed and documented. Please read this carefully. I am NOT looking for: • CRM strategy • Funnel design • Marketing advice • Copywriting • Business consulting • Workflow planning All of that work has already been completed. I simply need someone experienced in Go High Level to log in, follow the implementation documents, build the system, test it and hand it back. CURRENT STATUS Completed: • Website built • Wealth Projection Engine calculator built • CRM structure designed • Pipelines designed • Tags designed • Custom fields identified • Lead scoring designed • Email copy written • SMS copy written • Workflow logic documented You will receive detailed implementation documents. YOUR ROLE Implement the supplied documentation inside Go High Level. This includes: • Creating pipelines • Creating custom fields • Creating tags • Setting up lead scoring • Building workflows • Loading email sequences • Loading SMS sequences • Configuring internal notifications • Testing the implementation You are implementing an existing blueprint, not creating one. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED You will NOT be responsible for: • Website development • Framer development • Make.com • PDF generation • Copywriting • Funnel design • Facebook Ads • CRM strategy Everything has already been documented. IDEAL CANDIDATE I'm not looking for the cheapest VA. I'm looking for someone who knows Go High Level well enough to implement accurately without needing constant direction. Ideally you have: • Strong Go High Level experience • Experience building pipelines and workflows • Experience setting up email and SMS automation • Good attention to detail • Experience testing your work before handover Bonus: • Go High Level Certification • Examples of previous Go High Level projects WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE • Stage 1 Scope Document • Schedules & Content Library • Pipeline Structure • Tags List • Custom Fields List • Lead Scoring Rules • Email Copy • SMS Copy • Workflow Requirements SUCCESS CRITERIA The project is complete when: • Pipelines are built correctly • Custom fields are created • Tags are created • Lead scoring is configured • Workflows are functioning • Email sequences are loaded • SMS sequences are loaded • Internal notifications are working • Test leads successfully move through the system • Documentation is handed over APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS To be considered, please answer the following: 1.
