ob Post: High-Ticket Growth Operator Title Growth Operator, High-Ticket SMB Acquisition Community Company Built In America helps serious operators learn how to raise capital, acquire SMBs, and build durable holdcos. The community is for independent sponsors, search funders, acquisition entrepreneurs, and business buyers pursuing real companies, not passive-income theater. Role Summary We are hiring a Growth Operator to build and run the commercial engine for a high-ticket SMB acquisition community. This person will own the full funnel: Meta ads, webinar setup, Slack community operations, payment flow, call booking, closer coordination, onboarding, and reporting. This is not a generic social media role. You will be responsible for turning attention into booked calls, booked calls into closed members, and closed members into an active community with a strong operating cadence. Outcomes You Own Launch and manage Meta campaigns that drive qualified webinar registrants and application calls. Set up and maintain webinar infrastructure, reminders, replay flow, and follow-up. Build and run the Slack community structure for members, prospects, events, deal flow, and support. Own payment setup, checkout links, member onboarding, and access provisioning. Coordinate sales calls for Sam and/or a dedicated closer. Manage the CRM from lead capture through closed-won, no-show, nurture, and lost. Produce a weekly dashboard showing spend, CPL, booked calls, show rate, close rate, CAC, revenue, and member activation. Improve the funnel every week based on data. Responsibilities Build Meta campaigns, ad sets, creative tests, and reporting. Maintain webinar registration pages, calendar links, reminder emails/SMS, and replay distribution. Set up Stripe/payment links or checkout pages and ensure paid members receive the correct onboarding. Own Calendly/Google Calendar routing for discovery calls, strategy calls, and onboarding calls. Build Slack channels, welcome messages, event reminders, member tags, and moderation rules. Work with the closer to improve call scripts, objections, follow-up, and CRM hygiene. Write or adapt ad copy, email copy, SMS reminders, and Slack announcements. Monitor lead quality and flag targeting/creative issues quickly. Create SOPs so the funnel does not depend on memory. Must-Have Experience Has run paid acquisition, preferably Meta ads, for coaching, courses, communities, events, financial education, investing, real estate, B2B, or high-ticket offers. Understands webinar funnels and appointment-setting mechanics. Comfortable inside tools like Meta Ads Manager, Stripe, Slack, Calendly, Zoom, Zapier, Google Sheets, Notion, and a CRM. Strong project management and follow-through. Writes clear direct-response copy. Can work fast without being sloppy. Understands that serious operators care about proof, specificity, and trust. Nice-to-Have Experience Exposure to SMB acquisition, ETA, search funds, independent sponsors, M&A, private equity, or business brokerage. Has managed a high-ticket closer or setter. Has built a paid community in Slack, Circle, Skool, Discord, or similar. Has experience with lead scoring, application forms, and sales pipeline reporting. Compensation Base plus performance bonus. Potential bonus metrics include qualified booked calls, paid members, CAC efficiency, show rate, and revenue collected. Suggested structure: Contractor: $3,000-$6,000/month plus performance bonus. Full-time: $70,000-$110,000 base plus performance bonus. Senior operator with proven high-ticket track record: custom package tied to revenue and CAC. A short explanation of how you would take Built In America from assets to booked calls in 14 days. Your preferred compensation structure. Scorecard A-player signal: organized, numerate, direct-response minded, commercially aggressive, and able to run details without constant supervision. Red flags: talks only in branding language, cannot explain funnel math, has never owned a calendar or CRM, or needs a large team to execute basic launch operations.
