High volume photo editing and sorting for events and portraits

Summary

I would like to have someone on call to sort and edit event and portrait shoots. The right person would need to follow my specific editing style and sorting criteria. A lot of the sorting is related to the emotional impact of the photos. So the right person would need to be ok with that. The jobs are not regular. But when they happen I need someone to have the time to put into the job very soon. Each job could take 8-10 hours or more total. Thank you Jon
