Title: GoHighLevel Expert Assistant Needed for Automation, Websites, Funnels, Forms, Emails & Ongoing GHL Support Description: I am looking for a skilled GoHighLevel assistant to help with a wide range of tasks inside GHL. This role is not for someone who only knows one small part of the platform. I need someone with strong, practical experience across GoHighLevel, including automations, workflows, funnels, websites, forms, surveys, email templates, communities, stores, calendars, pipelines, custom fields, and general account/subaccount setup. The ideal candidate has both technical GHL knowledge and strong design ability inside GHL’s builders. You should be comfortable creating clean, professional, conversion-focused websites, funnels, landing pages, forms, and email templates directly inside GoHighLevel. This will likely start as part-time/as-needed work, but there is potential for ongoing work if you are reliable, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Responsibilities may include: - Building and editing GoHighLevel workflows and automations - Creating and improving funnels, websites, landing pages, and forms - Designing email templates inside GHL - Helping with GHL stores, communities, calendars, pipelines, tags, triggers, and custom fields - Troubleshooting issues inside client subaccounts Improving the look and usability of GHL assets - Helping organize GHL systems so they are clean, scalable, and easy to manage - Joining occasional video calls to discuss tasks, review work, and plan builds Requirements: - Extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel - Strong design skills inside GHL’s website, funnel, form, and email builders - Ability to build clean, professional, mobile-friendly layouts - Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, automations, pipelines, calendars, and CRM structure - Fluent English communication - Ability to join video meetings when needed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions - Able to explain what you are building and why - Comfortable working on multiple types of GHL tasks, not just one specialty Preferred but not required: - Experience with marketing agencies - Experience building client systems inside GHL subaccounts - Basic copywriting or conversion-rate optimization knowledge - Experience with integrations, webhooks, - Make.com, Zapier, or APIs - Experience with local business funnels, lead generation systems, or service-based businesses Important: Please do not apply if you only have basic GHL experience.
