Summary

Overview We are seeking an experienced Go HighLevel (GHL) Specialist to provide strategic and technical support on an ad hoc basis. This role will focus on resolving complex implementation challenges, optimising platform architecture, supporting integrations, and ensuring best-practice deliverability across multiple business markets. The engagement may evolve into an ongoing retainer arrangement for the right candidate. Key Requirements: Go HighLevel Expertise - Minimum 1,000+ hours of hands-on Go HighLevel experience. - Proven specialist-level expertise (top-tier GHL practitioner). - Demonstrated success delivering Go HighLevel projects across local, national, and international organisations. - Strong understanding of GHL account architecture, scalability, and platform governance. - Experience maintaining platform integrity and implementing best-practice solutions. Integrations & Automation - Advanced API and custom integration experience. - Experience integrating Go HighLevel with: Salesforce, Nanonets (or similar data processing/automation platforms), Third-party applications and business systems - Strong workflow automation and troubleshooting capabilities. SMS & Communications - Experience configuring and managing Twilio SMS integrations. - Knowledge of SMS compliance, deliverability, and optimisation. - Ability to troubleshoot messaging and communication workflows. Email Deliverability & Infrastructure - Experience with SendGrid configuration and management. - Strong understanding of: - SPF, DKIM, and DMARC - SMTP configuration - Email reputation management - Deliverability optimisation - Experience supporting multi-domain and multi-market email environments. Migration Experience - Experience planning and executing CRM and marketing automation migrations. - Previous involvement in migrations from platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar. - Ability to support a staged migration approach while maintaining business continuity. Additional Support - Experience managing and troubleshooting GHL sub-accounts. - Ability to identify and remove technical and strategic blockers. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Ability to provide strategic recommendations alongside technical execution.
