We’re Hiring: Agent Support Representative (Remote)

Landmark Elite Homes is seeking a professional, tech-savvy Agent Support Representative to provide outstanding support to our real estate agents via email and phone. Responsibilities: * Respond to agent support requests by email and phone * Assist with email setup and troubleshooting * Provide CRM support and guidance * Help agents access company systems and software * Support Get Cash Academy and training platform questions * Troubleshoot basic technical issues * Escalate complex issues when necessary * Track, document, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities * Comfortable learning and troubleshooting technology * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or real estate technology is a plus Position Details: * Remote position * Training provided * Full-time or part-time opportunities available * Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing real estate brokerage
