Hiring Claude, AI & Coding specialist to help build our inhouse CRM

We're a solar installation serviced based business in Sydney, Australia. We've been using Claude (AI agent) recently to help us build out our inhouse CRM which incorporates systems, processes and pipelines that are relevant for our company. However, as it's close to becoming fully functional, we are finding it has a lot of bugs, which we are struggling to resolve and are also time poor to figure it out. We're looking for a hybrid talent who specialises in AI systems to help us build out our crm and bring it to the finish line. I don't know if you need coding experience for this, we don't have any and we didn't need it while using Claude but it might be relevant to understand the logic behind building this CRM.
