# Hiring: E-Commerce Coaches (Remote) We're looking for 2 experienced E-Commerce Coaches to host live Q&A and coaching sessions for our students. This is a fully remote role with a consistent weekly schedule. ### What You'll Be Doing * Hosting live Zoom coaching calls for students * Answering questions and providing guidance * Helping students overcome roadblocks * Reviewing stores, products, and marketing strategies * Keeping students accountable and moving forward Calls are approximately 60 minutes each. Our students range from complete beginners to more experienced operators looking to build additional income streams using modern e-commerce and AI tools. Our team handles onboarding, curriculum, support systems, and operations. Your role is helping students implement what they're learning and get results. --- ### Who We're Looking For ✅ Based in the United States or Canada ✅ Native English speaker (or highly fluent) ✅ Comfortable leading live Zoom calls ✅ Able to explain concepts clearly and confidently ✅ Consistent and reliable ✅ Positive, encouraging coaching style ### Preferred Experience * E-commerce experience * Online business experience * Digital marketing experience * Experience working with entrepreneurs or coaching clients * Familiarity with platforms like Wix, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, or organic content marketing You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should have real-world experience building or growing an online business. --- ### Schedule * Fully Remote * Multiple calls per week * Consistent recurring schedule * Long-term opportunity --- We're looking for coaches who genuinely enjoy helping people succeed and can create a positive experience for students while providing practical, actionable guidance.
