Hiring Coordinator (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hiring Coordinator to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for law firms or similar professional services, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and can efficiently manage the recruitment process from sourcing through interview coordination. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Responsibilities * Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, and other recruiting platforms. * Create, manage, and optimize job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms. * Run sponsored job ads and monitor their performance to attract qualified candidates. * Screen resumes and identify candidates who meet hiring requirements. * Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and hiring statuses. * Track recruitment activities using Monday.com and Microsoft Excel. * Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled efficiently. * Prepare recruitment reports and maintain organized hiring documentation. * Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Requirements * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). * Previous recruiting or hiring coordination experience with a law firm or similar professional services organization. * Strong experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruiting platforms. * Experience creating and managing recruitment advertisements. * Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Proficient in Monday.com and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. * Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. * Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
