Create high-retention, fast-paced edits that maintain attention every 1 -2 mins Add engaging visuals, stock footage, sound effects, B-roll, captions, zooms, and pattern interruptions Use AI voiceovers (e.g., ElevenLabs) Match the editing style to reference channels provided. Insert hooks at the beginning and maintain pacing throughout. Deliver polished videos with smooth transitions, clean sound, and consistent style. Meet weekly deadlines and collaborate with our content team What we are looking for (Style & Expectation) Proven experience editing YouTube videos (portfolio required). Ability to create story-driven, high-retention edits. Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling. Experience using stock footage and royalty-free asset libraries. Ability to incorporate AI voiceovers cleanly and naturally.
