Hiring: HR Manager We are a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand doing multiple 7 figures a month and on pace for multiple 8 figures by the end of the year. That is just the starting line. Our vision is to build a multiple 9 figure household supplement brand that sits in the largest retailers in the nation alongside the biggest names in the category. We are scaling fast and we need someone who has done this before inside a DTC ecommerce brand. If you have never worked in DTC ecommerce this role is not for you. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to build and operate the people function that allows us to hire, retain, and develop S class talent at speed. You will own the full hiring pipeline across every open role, systemize our recruiting process so we can cut time to hire without cutting quality, and make our company the kind of place top performers want to join and never leave. You are not just a recruiter. You are building the operating system for our people. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition - Own the full hiring pipeline across all open roles simultaneously from job post to signed offer - Headhunt top talent across LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, and niche channels specific to each role - Write and publish job posts that attract A players and repel everyone else - Vet candidates, manage outreach, and run initial screening calls before passing finalists to founders - Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates so we are never starting from zero when a role opens - Systemize the entire hiring process to reduce time to hire and remove founders as the bottleneck People Operations - Build and refine our onboarding process so every new hire ramps fast and hits the ground running - Define and track KPIs across every role and department so performance is always measurable - Run quarterly performance reviews and flag issues before they become problems - Build a compensation benchmarking framework so our pay stays competitive as we scale - Own contractor compliance across multiple countries and ensure our hiring structure is clean - Manage offboarding with clean exits, knowledge transfer, and exit interviews Culture and Retention - Proactively identify retention risks and address them before people start looking elsewhere - Build the systems and touchpoints that make our company a place top performers want to stay - Strengthen our employer brand so recruiting gets easier as we grow - Partner with founders on headcount planning 60 to 90 days ahead of when we need people OUR TECH STACK - Hiring and Tracking: Google Sheets - Outreach: LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph - Communication: Slack - Docs and SOPs: Google Drive, ClickUp KPIs YOU WILL OWN - Time to hire across all open roles - Candidate pipeline volume and quality per role - Offer acceptance rate - New hire 90 day retention rate - Performance review completion rate across the team - Founder time spent on hiring reduced to closing only WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven HR experience at a fast-scaling DTC ecommerce brand.
