Average agents need not apply. We're hiring a small number of elite U.S.-based remote medical call center agents to join our team supporting physician offices across the country. This is NOT your typical hourly customer service job. You literally write your own paycheck. Our compensation model rewards production. The more time you're successfully helping patients on the phone, the more you earn. Minimum wage is guaranteed, but our top performers consistently earn well above that because they stay engaged, work efficiently, and love being on the phones. You'll be representing medical practices, which means accuracy matters. You'll need to learn physician scheduling protocols, insurance-related workflows, and office-specific rules. There is a learning curve, and we have high expectations because our clients trust us with their patients. We invest heavily in training, but once you're on the phones, we expect professionalism, urgency, and excellence. We're filling only a limited number of positions.
