Hiring Manager — Content Creator Recruitment

*About us* We're scxale, a SaaS platform built for people in e-commerce — a Shopify operations & analytics dashboard for online store owners and founders. We're building a distribution network of TikTok and Instagram content creators to grow the brand, and we need someone to own the recruiting side of that engine. *The role* You'll be the person who finds, screens, and onboards content creators for our software. This is a hands-on recruiting and coordination role — you live in the communities where creators hang out, you run the pipeline end to end, and you bring us a steady flow of qualified people ready to create. *What you'll do* •⁠ ⁠Source TikTok and Instagram content creators across communities, platforms, and creator networks (Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook groups, forums, etc.) •⁠ ⁠Write and post job listings on relevant boards and communities •⁠ ⁠Screen applicants, review their portfolios and past work, and shortlist the strongest fits •⁠ ⁠Schedule and run intro calls with candidates •⁠ ⁠Send out our onboarding materials (demo access, SOP, sample task) and track who completes them •⁠ ⁠Keep a clean pipeline so we always know who's at what stage •⁠ ⁠Help us group and assign creators into the right teams based on their work *You're a fit if you have* •⁠ ⁠Experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or community management (creator/influencer recruiting is a big plus) •⁠ ⁠Comfort spending time inside online communities and knowing where to find creators •⁠ ⁠Strong, proactive communication and good judgment of talent •⁠ ⁠Organized, reliable, and able to run a pipeline without being chased •⁠ ⁠Solid English, both written and on calls *Nice to have* •⁠ ⁠Background in e-commerce, dropshipping, or SaaS •⁠ ⁠Experience working with TikTok / Instagram / short-form creators *Details* •⁠ ⁠Remote •⁠ ⁠Part-time •⁠ ⁠$3/hour •⁠ ⁠Long-term position with room to grow as the creator network scales *How to apply* Send a short message about your recruiting or community experience and where you'd start looking for creators.
