Hiring Native English Tutor ($25/hr, Remote) - Collaboration for a New Language Program

Hi everyone, I’m developing a structured language learning system for students, and I’m looking for an English tutor to help me test, refine, and co-create the curriculum. The Project: I’ve designed the core workflow, scripts, and playbooks for this system, and I’m looking for a native English speaker to run these sessions with me. While my goal is to follow my playbook, I value professional input. If you have your own teaching methods or materials, I’m very open to discussing how we can integrate them to make the system even better. What I’m looking for: A native English speaker with tutoring experience. Preferred: Professional ESL teachers or candidates with a background in Humanities/Liberal Arts. Someone reliable, articulate, and comfortable being on camera. Someone who enjoys a systematic approach but is also creative enough to help iterate on the workflow. The Details: Rate: $20 for a trial session, $25/hour for ongoing sessions. Recording: These sessions will be recorded for educational purposes. We may also select high-quality highlights or "best moments" from our sessions to share publicly on social platforms to help other learners. You must be comfortable with this content usage.
