This role requires **native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and communication)**, as the work involves Chinese-language technical documentation, datasets, prompts, and AI model evaluation. Candidates should also possess **strong written English skills (minimum CEFR C1)** for communicating findings and collaborating with international engineering teams. Qualified applicants from **any country** are welcome to apply, provided they meet the required technical and language qualifications. ## Responsibilities * Review AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices. * Develop and validate Python solutions for AI training tasks. * Create, review, and improve Mandarin Chinese prompts and technical explanations. * Evaluate AI-generated responses and rank outputs based on defined quality guidelines. * Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and performance issues. * Annotate Python code, debugging scenarios, and AI-generated outputs. * Provide concise technical feedback in English. * Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers to improve model performance. * Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards. ## Required Qualifications * 2–5 years of professional experience in Python development. * Strong knowledge of Python 3.x, data structures, algorithms, debugging, and REST APIs. * Experience with Git and modern software development practices. * **Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese** (reading, writing, and communication). * **English proficiency at CEFR C1 or higher** (written communication). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience with AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI. * Experience with AI data annotation, prompt engineering, RLHF, AI evaluation, or model testing. * Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, Linux, or cloud environments. * Experience reviewing AI-generated code or technical content. ## Engagement Details * Remote contract position. * Flexible working hours with consistent weekly availability. * Full-time (approximately 173 hours/month) or task-based assignments depending on project requirements. * Long-term opportunities available for high-performing contributors. ## Compensation * **USD $4–8 per hour**, depending on technical assessment, experience, and project requirements. * Payments are processed through the platform according to its payment schedule and policies. ## Application Process 1.
