Hiring Remote Call Hosts for Short Candidate Onboarding Calls

Our approach replaces traditional, slow hiring channels, making the process faster, more personal, and more effective for both candidates and brands. 🎯 The Role We’re looking for confident, friendly, and professional live onboarding callers to host short, pre-scheduled sessions (around 5–10 minutes each) with candidates who have already spoken with our outreach team. During these calls, you’ll: Welcome candidates and explain how Elevate connects them with major brands. Guide them through setting up their profile on our platform. Ensure the experience feels smooth, professional, and engaging. This is not cold calling, every session is booked in advance, and candidates already know who we are. 🗓 How It Works All calls take place via Google Meet or Zoom. You’ll receive your company email Schedules are shared in advance, typically covering weekday time blocks from 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. You’ll receive a clear framework for each call, along with ongoing guidance and support from our team. 🎥 Application Requirement To apply, please include or upload a short video introduction (1–2 minutes). We’ll use this to get a sense of your on-camera presence, tone, and setup, including your audio quality, background, and overall communication style. This helps ensure candidates receive a consistent, high-quality experience during every onboarding call. ✅ Ideal Candidate Native or fluent English speaker (U.S., Canada, or U.K.) Excellent communication skills and natural camera presence. Reliable internet connection, clear webcam, and microphone setup. Comfortable following a conversation structure while keeping it genuine and personable.
