Hiring Remote Sales Reps / Appointment Setters

We’re looking for a sharp remote sales rep to help follow up with warm prospects and turn interested leads into signed clients. This is for a growing creator marketing agency with a proven acquisition system already in place. You will not be cold calling random businesses. You’ll be working with prospects who have already shown interest and helping move them through the sales process. Responsibilities: - Follow up with warm leads through text, voice notes, and calls - Qualify prospects and understand their goals - Book and take sales calls when needed - Clearly explain our offer and next steps - Keep follow-ups organized - Communicate quickly and professionally with our team Requirements: - Strong written and spoken English - Comfortable sending voice notes and taking calls - Sales experience preferred - Reliable laptop or desktop - Reliable internet - Strong availability during US business hours - Fast response times - Comfortable with commission-only / performance-based compensation Compensation: This role is commission-only and based on successful client signings. You’ll earn 10% of profit for 6 months on every client you help sign. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $5k-$10k+/month once they are fully ramped up and consistently closing. We are looking for someone who understands that this is a performance-based role, not a guaranteed hourly position. The upside is strong, but it requires fast replies, strong follow-up, and the ability to actually close. The active work is usually around 2-3 hours per day, but availability and fast replies are very important.
