Hiring - Senior DevOps / Service Engineer - US Remote

Educational / Entertainment start-up seeking a DevOps Engineer with production experience of Continuous Delivery and Cloud-native application design to build back-end services and maintain service integrity. What you will be doing: - Delivering highly performant Cloud Services to support a range of products - Taking responsibility for back-end security on a shift-left basis - Refining the Continuous Delivery platform to support a growing team of engineers - Mentoring team members in effective Continuous Delivery Full remote role, full/part-time or contract What we are looking for: - Strong understanding of Continuous Delivery best practices - Services design and development in Golang + Rust following a TDD approach - Deep familiarity with Kubernetes setup / operations - Production experience using GitOps with Flux / PKL / KCL - Production experience using Zitadel - Infrastructure as Code / Pulumi - Software Supply Chain Security / Cosign - Experience with Google Cloud and AWS The ideal candidate will have experience in developing cloud-based applications in fast moving teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be working to support a front-end team to deliver features to a Continuous Delivery cadence. This is a start-up role, not a corporate gig, so would be best suited to someone who really enjoys making things work in creative ways. It's a great opportunity to work on something really cool!
