Hiring a Vibe Coder Who Actually Ships with AI — Not Just Claims To

We're UGC Factory. We build an AI-powered platform that runs the entire UGC ad pipeline — research, briefs, scripts, static ads, and AI video — for fast-growing e-commerce brands. The product ships daily and AI is at the core of everything we make. This is a remote, part-time role (~20 hrs/week) open to Philippines-based candidates only. Must be available during US business hours (EST). What you'll actually do: → Ship full-stack features in Next.js + TypeScript + Supabase from idea to production → Build AI workflows on top of Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and Fal.ai (image + video gen) → Turn rough ideas ("clients should approve personas from one link") into polished, working flows → Read unfamiliar code, find the pattern, and extend it without breaking things → Own things end-to-end: UI, API routes, DB migrations, prompts → Write clean commit messages, PR descriptions, and docs so the team can maintain what you built You're a fit if you: - Ship 5–10x faster because of AI tools — Cursor, Claude, Codex are part of your daily workflow - Have strong UX instincts and don't need a designer for every screen - Speak English fluently — we do weekly video calls with the US team - Can overlap with US business hours (EST) - Are based in the Philippines - Are obsessive about details and documentation Bonus points for: experience with prompt engineering, AI image/video generation, or a background in ads, e-commerce, or creator tools. ─────────────────────────────── TO APPLY ─────────────────────────────── Submit your application here: (link removed) The form will ask for: - A 60-second Loom walking through something you built and how you used AI to ship it - Your rate (within $8–$10/hr) and US-hours availability - One sentence on what kind of product problem gets you excited No Loom = no review.
