We are looking for an experienced YouTube Automation Video Editor to join our team and help create engaging, high-retention videos for YouTube channels across different niches. Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos with professional pacing and storytelling. Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual enhancements. Source and incorporate relevant stock footage, images, and B-roll. Maintain audience engagement through creative editing techniques. Follow provided scripts, voiceovers, and brand guidelines. Deliver high-quality videos on time. Requirements: Proven experience editing YouTube automation/content creator videos. Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Ability to create engaging edits that maximize watch time and retention. Experience with documentary-style, cash cow, faceless, or explainer videos is a plus. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
