Hiring long term video editing agency editors

We’re looking for a serious video editing team or agency to handle consistent short form content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. This is not a one off project. We need a team that can handle volume every week and deliver clean, engaging edits without constant hand holding. If your team cannot keep quality consistent at scale, this will not be a good fit. What you’ll be doing: • Editing 30–90 second videos with strong pacing and attention to retention • Adding captions, sound effects, zooms, and transitions where needed • Following reference videos closely and matching the exact style • Delivering multiple videos per week, consistently and on time • Making revisions quickly when requested What we expect: • You operate as a team or agency with multiple editors • You have real experience with short form content, not just basic edits • You can handle volume without quality dropping • You communicate clearly and respond quickly • You meet deadlines, no excuses Nice to have: • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut • Understanding of what makes videos go viral and retain attention To apply, send: 1.
