# **Historical Market Validation-Based Real-Time Stock Prediction Analysis Engine Development** ## Project Overview I am **NOT** looking for a simple stock chart application or a brokerage API integration. The objective of this project is to develop a **Real-Time Stock Prediction Analysis Engine**. The most important goal is **prediction accuracy**. The user interface is important, but the prediction engine itself is the highest priority. The engine will use the Korea Investment & Securities (KIS) Open API to collect both real-time and historical market data in order to predict future price movements. --- ## Core Concept Historical market data already contains the actual outcome. The prediction engine should be able to generate a prediction using only the information that existed at a selected historical point, then compare that prediction with the actual market movement that followed. The objective is not simply to generate BUY or SELL signals. The objective is to build an analysis engine capable of producing prediction results that are as close as possible to the actual market outcome. --- ## Required Features ### 1. KIS API Integration * Real-time market price * Order book * Trade execution data * Trading volume * Historical market data * Data storage --- ### 2. Real-Time Prediction Engine The prediction engine should provide: * Bullish / Bearish / Neutral prediction * Prediction probability (%) * Predicted target price * Visual prediction graph --- ### 3. Prediction Time Horizon Users should be able to select different prediction horizons. Minimum options: * 10 seconds * 30 seconds * 1 minute * 3 minutes * 5 minutes * 10 minutes --- ### 4. Actual Graph and Prediction Graph The prediction graph must be displayed together with the actual market price graph. Users should be able to compare: * Actual market price * Predicted price graph on the same chart. This comparison should make it easy to evaluate how closely the prediction follows the real market movement. --- ### 5. Historical Replay Mode Users should be able to move to any historical point on the chart. At the selected point, the engine must generate a prediction using only the data that was available at that moment. The application should then display: * The prediction graph * The actual market movement that occurred afterward Both graphs should be displayed together for direct comparison. --- ### 6. Prediction Analysis Engine This is the most important part of the project. The engine should analyze combinations of objective market data, including: * Order Book * Trade Execution * Trading Volume * EMA * RSI * MACD * VWAP * Market Pressure * Any other useful information available from the KIS API The objective is to discover combinations of market conditions that produce prediction results closest to the actual market movement. --- ### 7. Prediction Accuracy The prediction engine should continuously improve through historical validation. The goal is to generate prediction graphs that closely match the actual market movement. My target is to achieve **at least 70% prediction reliability** through continuous validation and optimization. --- ## Budget Development Budget: **USD 300** If I am highly satisfied with the final result, I am willing to provide an additional **tip of up to USD 100**. Maximum total compensation: **USD 400** --- ## Project Agreement This project is based on mutual trust and communication. However, if during development it becomes clear that the technical direction, implementation approach, or project goals are not compatible with either party's expectations, the contract may be ended after mutual discussion. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with the right developer. --- ## Developer Requirements I am looking for developers with experience in: * Real-time stock prediction systems * Machine Learning * Financial Data Analysis * Prediction Algorithms * Historical Validation * Backtesting * Historical Replay Systems * Quantitative Analysis * AI-based prediction models This project is **NOT** suitable for developers whose experience is limited to API integration or UI development only. --- ## How to Apply If you are interested in this project, please submit a **detailed application**.
