Holiday Content Writer & Newsletter Specialist (Shopify + Klaviyo) We are building a leading destination for Christmas events, experiences, and holiday inspiration across the United States and select international cities. We are looking for a part-time content writer and editorial assistant who genuinely loves Christmas and can help support high-volume seasonal content production across 50+ cities during the holiday season. This role combines: Holiday blog writing Newsletter writing Shopify blog management Klaviyo campaign support AI-assisted content workflows The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to maintain a consistent editorial voice across content. Responsibilities: Write and edit Christmas-focused blog content and city event guides Write engaging email newsletters for holiday audiences Upload and format blog posts in Shopify Clone and prepare Klaviyo campaigns Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to improve workflow efficiency Assist with content updates, SEO formatting, and publishing Support seasonal content production during peak holiday periods Requirements: Strong writing and editing skills Experience writing newsletters and editorial-style content Experience working in Shopify Experience working in Klaviyo Comfortable using AI writing tools Strong attention to detail and formatting Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus Qualifications: Experience writing for holiday, lifestyle, travel, event, or seasonal brands Experience with SEO content writing Passion for Christmas, holiday traditions, events, or seasonal experiences Graphic/design experience is a plus but not required To Apply: Please include: A short introduction about yourself Relevant writing samples Examples of newsletters or blog content you have written Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo Any holiday or seasonal content experience This is a remote, part-time role with the potential for expanded responsibilities over time for the right candidate.
