At Home Care Agency Operations System

Loreto Cares is a growing in-home care company based in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico, serving both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace and operations systems specialist to help us build a simple, scalable digital infrastructure for our business. The initial project is to convert our existing Patient Intake Form into a professional digital workflow using Google Forms, Google Drive, and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will also design an organized file structure, automate document storage, and create a streamlined process for managing client information from intake through service delivery. Experience with home care, healthcare, senior care, or service-based businesses is highly desirable. Successful completion of this first project may lead to additional work involving caregiver records, scheduling systems, daily care logs, timesheets, invoicing workflows, and business process automation.
