Marketing & Client Relations Virtual Assistant (Remote | Part-Time) About Us Gentle Home Care is new home care agency based in Rhode Island. We provide compassionate, non-medical home care services that help seniors and individuals remain safely and comfortably in their homes. We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can help us grow our referral network while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. What You'll Do We're looking for someone who enjoys relationship building, is comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals, and has strong organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include: Research hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physician offices, senior centers, and other referral sources. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Schedule meetings with referral partners for the Administrator. Maintain and update our CRM and referral database. Follow up with existing referral partners to strengthen relationships. Send thank-you emails, marketing materials, and follow-up communications. Assist with client onboarding and document management. Prepare weekly invoices and verify billing information. Organize files and maintain accurate records. Assist with email management and other administrative tasks. Support marketing initiatives and social media when needed. Qualifications Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and sending professional emails. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, CRMs, and project management tools is a plus. Healthcare or home care experience is preferred but not required.
