Home Care Operations Leaders & Franchise Executives
Worldwide
Summary We are an early-stage startup validating a concept in the home care operations and workforce coordination space, and we are looking to speak with senior leaders who oversee home care operations, workforce strategy, agency growth, technology adoption, or multi-location care delivery. If you are a Director of Operations, COO, Regional Manager, Franchise Owner, Executive Director, or senior leader at a mid-sized or large home care organization, we would like to pay you for 60 minutes of your time and perspective. No preparation. No sales pitch. Just a structured conversation about operational growth, workforce retention, caregiver scheduling, compliance, technology implementation, and the business case for digital transformation in home care. What this is about Medi-Aide is exploring a care operations platform designed to support home care organizations with scheduling visibility, caregiver coordination, credential management, workforce wellness insights, and operational efficiency. Before building further, we want to understand the priorities of decision-makers and senior operators — especially those responsible for growth, retention, cost control, compliance, multi-territory operations, and software procurement. We want your real perspective on what problems are urgent enough to solve, what solutions agencies would actually consider paying for, and what concerns would come up before adopting a new platform. Who we are looking for You are the right fit if: - Your title is Director of Operations, COO, Regional Director, Franchise Owner, Executive Director, General Manager, or similar - You work in home care, senior care, community care, private care, or a related service delivery network - You oversee operations across a team, branch, region, franchise, or multiple locations - You are involved in workforce retention, caregiver scheduling strategy, operational cost reduction, compliance, or technology decisions - You influence or approve software purchases, vendor evaluations, or digital transformation projects - You have insight into staffing shortages, caregiver turnover, scheduling inefficiencies, or multi-provincial compliance challenges This is not the right fit if your role is primarily clinical, financial, or administrative without responsibility for operations, workforce strategy, or technology decisions. We will ask you about - Your organization’s biggest operational challenges in home care delivery - How caregiver scheduling, staffing shortages, and turnover affect business performance - How your organization currently evaluates operational software or workforce tools - What metrics matter most when considering a new technology investment - What barriers prevent adoption of new care coordination platforms - How important compliance, credential tracking, caregiver wellness, and dispatcher efficiency are to your organization - Your reaction to a potential platform focused on home care scheduling, workforce coordination, wellness analytics, and operational visibility You will not be asked to share confidential company data. This is a research conversation focused on general operational challenges and decision-making criteria. Interview details Format: 60-minute video call, Zoom or Google Meet Location: Manitoba or Canada preferred, but broader North American home care experience may be relevant Preparation: None required Confidentiality: Your feedback will be used for internal research only. Nothing will be attributed to you or your organization without explicit permission. Please answer the following when you apply - What is your current title and what does your role involve? - What type of home care or care services organization do you work with? - How many locations, territories, branches, or caregivers do you help oversee? - Are you involved in operational software decisions, vendor evaluations, or technology implementation? - What are the biggest operational challenges your organization currently faces with staffing, scheduling, compliance, or caregiver retention? How to apply: Submit a short proposal with your answers to the five screener questions above. No formal cover letter is needed — just clear, honest answers. We review applications on a rolling basis and will reach out directly to schedule an interview if your background is a strong fit.
