Create a semi-realistic community site plan rendering + interactive SVG lot map Overview: I'm a homebuilder. I have an engineering site plan (plat) for a residential community that I'll provide as a PDF/image. I need two things from one person: (1) turn that plat into a polished, semi-realistic aerial-style rendered illustration of the neighborhood — lots, roads, trees, and a single river — and (2) trace each lot on that finished render as a separate, individually-addressable SVG shape so I can make it interactive. I'll handle the JavaScript and live data myself; you're delivering the artwork and the clean traced SVG file. I'll attach a reference image showing the visual style I'm going for. Part 1 — The rendering: Top-down aerial, semi-realistic illustrated style (I'll provide a style reference plus the plat) Must accurately follow the plat geometry: lot lines, the road, and the single cul-de-sac ONE continuous river only, set back along the south edge — no branching creeks, ponds, or extra channels Natural tree and landscape buffer around the community Delivered as a high-resolution PNG Part 2 — The interactive SVG: One SVG file with the rendered PNG referenced or embedded as a background image layer Each lot is its own path or polygon shape, traced to that lot's boundary Each lot element must have a sequential, predictable id: lot-26, lot-27, and so on through lot-61 (I'll provide a numbered reference image showing which lot is which) Each lot element must also have the class name "lot" Lot fills should be set to transparent (fill set to none) — I'm handling the colors in code The viewBox must match the PNG's pixel dimensions exactly Clean, valid SVG — no extra groups, transforms, or nested wrappers around the shapes. Each lot shape should be directly addressable in the page (so I can select it by its id in JavaScript) Deliverables: The high-resolution rendered PNG plus the single traced SVG file.
