Hong Kong Business Guide

We are taking a business trip to Hong Kong and need to hire someone for 2–3 days around the last week of September. We are not looking for a traditional sightseeing tour guide. Instead, we’d like someone who can act as a local business and innovation guide while we use public transportation and walk through different parts of the city. Ideally, the person would be: A graduate student or recent graduate from a top university such as HKUST, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the University of Hong Kong, or the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Studying or experienced in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, retail management, business, architecture, urban planning, or a related field. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Curious, analytical, and interested in discussing business, retail, technology, and customer experience. Comfortable navigating Hong Kong using the MTR, ferries, buses, and walking. The purpose of the trip is to study: Dry-cleaning and laundry operations Kiosk technology and automation Smart lockers and self-service concepts Retail innovation and customer experience Store design and space utilization Logistics and last-mile delivery Shopping malls and high-density retail environments We’d like someone who enjoys discussing why businesses operate the way they do, rather than simply showing us tourist attractions. We’ll likely spend time visiting dry cleaners, shopping centers, transit hubs, and other innovative retail concepts.
