Horizon Europe Funding Consultant

Senior Horizon Europe Funding Consultant (AI / FinTech / HealthTech Startup) We are looking for an experienced Horizon Europe Funding Consultant to support our startup in preparing and submitting one or more European funding applications. Important: We are NOT looking for someone who simply writes proposals. We are looking for a strategic partner who can work closely with our founders throughout the entire process. About us We are a Swiss-based AI company developing several innovative products, including: AI solutions for Financial Services AI-powered knowledge management AI agents for regulated industries Women's Health & Wellness products Future projects in Real Estate AI Our team already has a clear technical vision and strong business expertise. What we need is someone experienced in European funding who can help transform our ideas into successful applications. Your role You will work directly with the founders and help us: Identify the most suitable European funding opportunities Review our eligibility Guide us through Horizon Europe and similar programmes Help us structure the proposal correctly Challenge our assumptions Ask the right questions Improve our innovation narrative Strengthen Excellence, Impact and Implementation sections Review budgets and work packages Identify weaknesses before submission Increase our chances of success We are interested in Horizon Europe EIC Accelerator EIC Pathfinder Women TechEU Eurostars Digital Europe Programme Cascade Funding/Open Calls Requirements We are looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience preparing successful Horizon Europe proposals Experience with AI, FinTech, Cybersecurity or HealthTech projects Excellent understanding of European innovation funding Strong strategic thinking Excellent English Please include examples of successful projects you have worked on. Engagement We are looking for a long-term collaboration rather than a one-off project. Initially, we need support for one funding application, but our goal is to build an ongoing relationship for future European calls.
