We are seeking a highly resilient, proactive, and experienced professional from the short-term rental and hospitality industry to join our team as a Hospitality Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and manage short-term rental operations across multiple online platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Expedia. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help optimize property performance through effective use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers. This is a fast-paced, multitasking role that requires initiative, ownership, and a solution-driven mindset. We value individuals who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to grow into leadership responsibilities after initial training support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships with property owners and guests. - Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues swiftly. - Create and manage listings across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia. - Sync OTA listings with Channel Managers and PMS to ensure smooth operation and availability management. - Coordinate booking engine integration with property websites. - Provide virtual assistance in booking hotels, tickets, and managing travel-related requests. - Follow up on leads, validate potential clients, and maintain a professional sales follow-up routine. - Communicate effectively with senior management using concise and actionable messages. - Mentor and support junior team members, fostering teamwork and consistent service quality. Requirements: - Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental industry. - Strong understanding of Airbnb, PMS, and Channel Manager systems. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Tech-savvy with solid multitasking and organizational abilities. - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under pressure during training and operations. - Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
