US B2B Hospitality Account Manager / Sales Representative Existing Customers & Warm Leads | US Applicants Only We're an established hospitality brand selling premium bar equipment and cocktail innovation products to bars, restaurants, hotels, distributors and retailers across the United States. We're looking for an experienced US-based B2B sales professional who understands the hospitality industry and enjoys building long-term customer relationships. This is not a cold calling role, you'll be working with an established customer database of existing customers and warm leads to grow repeat business and introduce new products. We currently have approximately 6 hours per week available. As you demonstrate results and generate additional revenue, we expect to increase your hours over time. Your Role Call existing customers and warm leads Build long-term relationships with hospitality customers Upsell and cross-sell products across our range Re-engage previous customers who haven't ordered recently Identify wholesale and distributor opportunities Book meetings for larger sales opportunities Close smaller sales independently Keep CRM notes and customer activity up to date Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets Essential Requirements Based in the United States Minimum 3 years of B2B phone sales experience Experience selling to bars, restaurants, hotels, foodservice or hospitality businesses Excellent spoken and written English Confident handling objections and closing sales Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Comfortable working towards sales targets Strong Advantage Experience selling beverage alcohol, bar equipment, restaurant supplies, foodservice products or hospitality technology Existing hospitality industry knowledge and contacts Experience using HubSpot, Shopify or other CRM systems Nice to Have Experience selling premium products ($300–$2,000+) to hospitality businesses Experience working with restaurant groups, hotel groups or beverage distributors Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts Comfortable speaking with business owners, beverage directors, purchasing managers and operations teams Experience managing long-term customer relationships and growing account revenue What Success Looks Like Increased sales from existing customers Successful reactivation of inactive accounts New wholesale and distributor opportunities identified Accurate CRM updates and customer records Excellent customer relationships and repeat business To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your hospitality sales experience The products or services you've sold The types of hospitality customers you've worked with The CRM systems you've used Why you'd be a good fit for this role
