Hotel & Lodging Bookkeeping Expert | QuickBooks Bank Reconciliation & Month-End Close

We are looking for a hospitality bookkeeping expert to manage our hotel or lodging business accounting in QuickBooks. Tasks include reconciling daily room revenue and OTA platform payouts (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb), categorizing food and beverage, housekeeping, and front desk expenses, reconciling merchant accounts and payment processors, managing accounts payable for hotel vendors and suppliers, performing monthly bank reconciliation and month-end close, tracking occupancy tax collections and remittance, and preparing monthly P&L and RevPAR financial reports. Must have hotel or lodging accounting experience and strong QuickBooks reconciliation skills.
