1 Hour User Research Interview regarding Digital Communication Habits and Management

We are conducting a research study to understand how individuals manage high-volume daily communication, particularly through various chat applications. We are looking for people who use messaging apps heavily across different parts of their lives and are willing to share their real habits and frustrations. Who we are looking for: You are an ideal participant if you: 1. Use WhatsApp or similar chat apps extensively for work, family, friends, or communities. 2. Are active across multiple platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Discord. 3. Frequently juggle conversations and sometimes find it difficult to stay on top of every message. 4. Have ever felt that a summary of your chats would be helpful. What the session involves: Format: A 60 minute informal video conversation conducted via Google Meet. Topics: We will talk about how you usually handle your messages, the types of conversations you have on different apps, and any challenges you face in keeping track of tasks or decisions. Product Demo: We will provide a brief demo of TAWK, an early-stage AI product designed to help people manage their conversations without the constant need to scroll. Privacy and Honesty: This session is purely research-focused and we are not selling anything. Your honest feedback and even your skepticism about AI are extremely valuable to us. Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection for a video call. Willingness to discuss your day-to-day messaging experiences. Ability to provide feedback on an early-stage product demo.
