HubSpot Administrator / CRM Operations Specialist

We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator / CRM Operations Specialist with hands-on automation experience. This is primarily an execution and operations role, not a full HubSpot architecture buildout. We need someone who can help maintain CRM hygiene, import and clean lists, manage contact/company/deal data, support sales pipeline discipline, launch marketing campaigns, build and maintain practical HubSpot workflows, and assist with light integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Granola, Zapier, Make.com, Slack, Apollo, Clay, or other sales/marketing platforms. The right person should be comfortable with both routine CRM operations and practical automation work. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has: - Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM - Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub - HubSpot workflow automation knowledge - HubSpot integrations and data sync experience - Setup, reporting and maintenance of HubSpot Email campaigns - CRM reporting and dashboard maintenance - Strong understanding of CRM data hygiene and database maintenance - Experience importing, cleaning, deduplicating, and organizing contact/company lists - Ability to create and manage lists, properties, workflows, dashboards, and pipeline views - Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams - Comfort working with offshore or remote teams - Strong attention to detail - Good written English communication skills - Ability to document work clearly and flag issues before they become problems - Practical, execution-oriented mindset Helpful but Not Required Experience with any of the following would be a plus: - Fintech, SaaS, lending, banking, or B2B technology companies - Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, Slack, Granola, or similar sales/marketing tools Engagement Structure We are looking for someone who can start on a part-time basis and grow with us over time if the relationship works well. This may begin with a defined set of cleanup and setup tasks, followed by ongoing weekly support. We expect this role to be approximately 10-15 hours per week.
