HubSpot / Apollo / Smartlead Engineer — Full-Stack RevOps Configuration & Integrations

CWT Studio is a revenue systems architecture practice. We build and operate CRM and go-to-market infrastructure for growing companies across legal, life sciences, field service, and creative industries. We are bringing on an engineer to handle configuration and integration work across our client base. I am the lead architect. I determine what gets built, how it is structured, and why. I know how to do this work myself. What I need is a strong engineer who can execute the build and configuration under my direction so I can stay in the architecture and client seat. You are the builder to my architect. We work as a pair. What you will do: Configure HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs: pipelines, properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, dashboards, and reporting. Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and tools like QuickBooks, Apollo, Smartlead, and others using native connectors, middleware (Make, Zapier), and APIs where needed. Set up and manage outbound infrastructure in Apollo and Smartlead: sequences, deliverability, data flows into the CRM. Handle data work: imports, cleanup, deduplication, migration, validation. Document everything you build to our standards. If it is not documented, it is not done. What I am looking for: Strong hands-on HubSpot configuration experience. You can build a pipeline with enforcement gates, a lead scoring model, and a clean reporting dashboard without hand-holding. Real integration experience. You understand how data moves between systems and you have built connections between a CRM and tools like QuickBooks, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar. Comfort with middleware and APIs. Make, Zapier, webhooks, REST APIs. You know when native works and when you need to build around it. Precision and data discipline. You care whether the records are clean and the relationships are intact. Clear communication and reliability. You hit deadlines and you flag problems early. Nice to have: Salesforce configuration experience. Outbound and deliverability knowledge. Experience working with a remote team across time zones. How we work: Remote. Project and retainer-based client work. I bring the architecture and the client relationship. You bring the engineering. I review and approve before anything goes live.
