HubSpot Buildout / Job Nimbus Integration

I want to build out my HubSpot and need help. I am going to list several things I want to do and I want you to help me prioritize them, then help me build them. I have a website builder in house and I did some of the work already, but need someone with more HubSpot knowledge to do it faster. HOWEVER, we are wanting someone that will allow us to watch as you do the work so we understand how it is built. We realize this make take longer and that is ok. ----------------------- My website is currently hosted in HubSpot. We just went live last week. I have connected my contacts in HubSpot to my CRM, JobNimbus through make.com. Contacts that come into HubSpot (via any form) are passed through to JobNimbus through this scenario. Objectives (in no particular order): • Not all contacts start out in HubSpot, some start in JobNimbus. I want to be able to push contacts started in JobNimbus over to HubSpot • For all contacts in HubSpot, I want to be able to fetch the contract amount and contract date in JobNimbus and put it in HubSpot so that it can be used to calculate ROAs. I also want to be able to push the reason we lost the job from JobNimbus to HubSpot • In HubSpot, I need to be able to calculate and track the amount we spend on advertising and attach that to the contact. I believe we want to do this via landing pages. So we will create landing pages and I want to be able to say this contact came in from this landing page. • For social medial ads we spend money on, I want to be able to track the contact that came in from that ad • I need to be able to calculate my cost per lead • I want to create a dashboard for my HubSpot website that will tell me these things in one area o Traffic (total, direct, organic, referral, AI referral) o Bounce rate o Time on page o New contacts o Session to contact rate • I want to build out and make sure my FaceBook social is connected to HubSpot completely. Can you give me a step by step to make sure I have covered everything? o Then I want a dashboard for:  Followers  Impressions (VIEWS???) • I want the build out and make sure my YouTube page is connected to HubSpot completely. Can you give me a step by step to make sure I have everything covered? o Then I want a dashboard for:  Subscribers  Average watch time  Impressions  CTR  Top traffic source • I have a Replacement vs Repair quiz on my website. For people that take the quiz then submit their information, I would like to that the answers to that quiz and pass that over to JobNimbus. • I would like to find a way to show the website journey the contact took on our site and pass that over to JobNimbus. This can be in the form of a PDF or note.
