HubSpot Automation Specialist Needed (HubSpot + Monday.com) We're seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM automation specialist to develop a comprehensive bid follow-up workflow and integrate Monday.com with HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM automation and be able to streamline processes efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality results. We are a commercial glazing contractor looking for an experienced HubSpot automation expert to build a bid follow-up workflow and integrate Monday.com with HubSpot. Project Scope * Build a HubSpot workflow that triggers when a deal enters the Estimate Sent stage. * Create automated follow-up email sequences at 2, 4, and 6 weeks with reminder emails every 72 hours if there is no response. * Add workflow logic for Won, Lost, and Estimate Sent deal stages. * Create CRM tasks for sales reps throughout the workflow. * Build HubSpot Sales Email Templates (we provide all email copy). * Create 5 custom HubSpot deal properties. * Configure Monday.com so that when a bid is marked Sent, a new HubSpot deal is automatically created with the correct information. We Will Provide * HubSpot and Monday.com access * Email copy for all templates * Existing pipeline and deal stages Note: We have existing deals in HubSpot that should not be enrolled—only new deals going forward.
