HubSpot CRM Expert (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub) – Advanced Automation & CRM Optimization

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Expert with deep expertise in Marketing Hub and Sales Hub to optimize, automate, and scale our CRM ecosystem. This is not a basic setup role—we need someone who has implemented complex HubSpot solutions for growing businesses and can architect scalable CRM processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with HubSpot automation, reporting, integrations, lead lifecycle management, and sales enablement. Responsibilities * Design and implement complex CRM architectures in HubSpot. * Build advanced multi-branch workflows for marketing, sales, customer onboarding, and post-sales automation. * Configure lead scoring, lifecycle stages, buyer journeys, and qualification processes. * Develop automated lead routing based on custom business logic, territories, products, and ownership rules. * Create and optimize sales pipelines, deal stages, task automation, and pipeline health monitoring. * Implement email marketing campaigns, nurturing sequences, and behavioral automation. * Configure Marketing Hub assets including forms, landing pages, CTAs, subscriptions, and email preferences. * Create custom properties, calculated fields, dependent properties, and validation rules. * Build dashboards and executive reports covering revenue, attribution, sales performance, and marketing KPIs. * Optimize CRM data quality through deduplication, data normalization, and governance processes. * Configure custom objects (where applicable) and establish relationships between CRM records. * Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms using APIs, Zapier, Make.com, webhooks, or native integrations. * Troubleshoot workflow failures, sync issues, and automation bottlenecks. * Implement GDPR/privacy compliance and subscription management best practices. * Document CRM architecture, workflows, and automation logic for future maintenance. Required Skills * 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience. * Advanced expertise in Marketing Hub Professional/Enterprise * Advanced expertise in Sales Hub Professional/Enterprise * Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture. * Strong experience with: * Workflow Automation * Lead Scoring * Lifecycle Stages * Pipeline Automation * Email Marketing * Forms & Landing Pages * Reporting & Dashboards * Custom Properties * Custom Objects * Lists & Segmentation * Sales Sequences * Playbooks * Quotes * Forecasting * Experience integrating HubSpot with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, Calendly, Zoom, Shopify, WordPress, or other business applications. * Experience using HubSpot APIs, Private Apps, Zapier, Make.com, or custom integrations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications * HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM Implementation, Reporting, Revenue Operations). * Experience migrating from CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, or Microsoft Dynamics. * Familiarity with Operations Hub and Data Sync. * Experience with custom-coded workflow actions or serverless functions. * Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus. Ideal Candidate You have successfully delivered complex HubSpot implementations involving thousands of contacts, multiple pipelines, sophisticated automation, and cross-platform integrations. You understand both the technical and business aspects of CRM and can recommend scalable, best-practice solutions rather than simply following instructions.
